Case has minor veneer loss to the side of the dial hinge, dial key non operational, dial has slight damage to the rim 8 numeral. Case has a vertical veneer crack below number 6 to lower brass inlay dial release keyhole has lost, its escutcheon, pendulum and key present.

Movement not removed from case. Pendulum is ticking although accuracy of movement cannot be guaranteed. Ebony-veneered case one small section of veneer missing at top of brass pillar, beside '3'. Enamelled dial with cracks at '8' two cracks to dial at centre. Movement case front with one vertical split to ebony veneer just beneath '6'. Movement has been wound and appears to be keeping time fairly well.

Fusee movement believed to be original and unaltered.

Height 10 inches, width 6.5 inches and depth 4.5 inches
