Watercolour on an off white paper, colours remain strong, some scattered fox marks, otherwise good, signed and dated lower right, housed in a modern card mount and gilt frame.
Provenance; Lot 3, 28 November 2000 at the Christie's British Art on Paper auction, with the footnote from Richard Shone 'In 1926 Grant began work on a large oil composition with nine male figures, The Bathers (c.1926 National Gallery of Victoria, Melbourne)'.
