A Victorian ebonised gilt metal and hardstone mounted pier cabinet with black slate top, width 83cm, depth 44cm, height 110cm

Black slate top probably a replacement and has scuffs and scratches. The gilt metal is of a dull appearance. The hardstone panel has four stems missing and one leaf missing. The lower portion of the door has two areas of lost veneer. To the right of the plinth foot the projecting foot is now scuffed, there is lost brasswork to the left of this foot. The left side foot also has a small area of lost brass stringing.
