Two Chinese famille rose stem bowls, Qianlong period, the first painted to each side with a dragon reserve against a pink ground with flowers and foliate, the stem with different versions of the character 'Shou', 11cm high, 11.5cm diameter, the second painted with a band of peonies on a green ground with 'Shou' medallions, the stem with flowers and lappets, 10.5cm high, 12cm diameter

Provenance - UK private collection, gifted to the vendor's late mother by her aunt before 1970.

The Shou medallion stem cup has been badly damaged and re-glued with a large section missing, the stem cup painted with a dragon has some slight wear to the enamels and some scratching to the interior otherwise in good condition.

One bowl has been badly damaged - has been pieced together with glue, all clearly visible; one ceramic triangular section lacking. Other bowl good. Some wear to enamels.
