A pair of 19th century French Empire style ormolu mounted mahogany fauteuils, with cherub and lyre decoration, padded backs and seats, dolphin arm terminals and sabre legs, W.1ft 11in. D.1ft 8in. H.3ft

Both chairs of good rich dark mahogany colour and fair state of polish, ormolu mounts are crisp and complete on both chairs, light wear to the tops of the arms and minor scuffing around the feet, later brown velvet upholstery.
