An early 20th century white and yellow metal, ruby and diamond set pierced circular pendant, 20mm, gross 3.7 grams, adapted??.

One of the rubies has a minute nick to the table facet and one of the diamonds has a tiny nick to the table facet. Repair to back of setting for the central stone and is slightly off centre.
