Craquelure visible throughout, the pigment in the paint used on the gentleman's waistcoat and trousers has shrinkage and heavy craquelure with a yellow tint.
Hand holding the cane is very poor, possibly repainted. The picture is generally a little grubby with brown patches in areas.
