Oil on original canvas in honest untouched condition. Canvas is a coarse almost sackcloth like type. Paint heavily applied and a little dirty. Housed in an old gilt frame which is in fair condition. No labels or inscriptions verso, back of the frame shows the canvas being crudley folded and tacked to the stretcher. Attribution based on style of the work and application and age of the paint.
