There are a few small holes throughout and two larger around Jesus's left hand and the angel's hand which is closest to Jesus's hand. Most of the holes are in the top third of the picture and most noticeable are at the top edge and in the top right corner as well as one below the centre angel's wing. There are also two noticeable stains, one just below Jesus's hand, the other in the centre of the angel's arm. Condition is difficult to fully assess as it is behind glass
