Oil on canvas which looks to have been relined many years ago, canvas undulation and saggy with numerous patches to the back, see additional photographs, a fine craquelure running throughout the work which is splitting a little but not flaking, prominent stretcher marks also showing, probably been cleaned not so long ago, varnish is very bright and shiny, no sign of any obvious overpainting, housed in a slim gilt frame, no labels or inscriptions verso.
