Watercolour on paper showing some undulation at the bottom so thought not to be laid down, overall a little faded but still retaining some differentiation of colour, what looks to be a horizontal stain running just below 12 o'clock for about 4 inches, a small dent in the white cloud above the figures back, no sign of any foxing, one or two small dirt marks, signed lower left, housed in a modern washline mount and plain gilt frame.
