An early-mid 20th century 18k gold, sapphire and diamond cluster ring, of quatrefoil shape, the sapphire measuring approximately 9.2mm by 7.6mm by 4.8mm, (one diamond missing), shanked stamped 'ORR18', size L.

There are several tiny nibbles to the facet edges of the sapphire. The sapphire appears not to have been treated but we cannot guarnntee this to be the case. The settings are quite worn. One of the small diamonds has a tiny chip to the table. Missing diamond approx. 0.03cts. Total diamond weight approx estimated as 0.35-0.40cts. The ring is full of dirt and would benefit from a good clean, so colour difficult to assess in current condition.
