A pair of late Victorian silver lidded amethyst tinted cut glass scent flasks, of baluster form, C.C. May & Sons, Birmingham, 1896, 13.5cm.

The colours differ as one has a more pinkish than amethyst hue. One flask has a chip to the inside of the neck. The other has two dents to the top of the cap. Both flasks have tiny chips to some of the glass facets in general but mainly towards the base area. One set of hallmarks is a little rubbed.
