Watercolour on paper in honest untouched condition, paper undulates so not laid down, paint looks a little faded with some scattered dirt specks and fox marks, some gum arabic has been used particularly in the turbans and other areas of clothing, this is crackling a little and there is some small amount of flaking just above the basket in the centre, housed in an old gilt card mount with glazed gilt frame with a few chips to the corners, label verso for J R Mendoza Print Seller and Publisher to The Queen, label lower down inscribed with the title.
