A collection of autograph material, including early 20th century first class cricketers, including two sheets stuck down on album pages, one with pencil, one with ink signatures by Jessop, Townsend, W G Grace, Stoddart, Carpenter, Tyldesley, Rhodes, Cuttell, Hayward, Killick, Denton and others (27), two 1930's autograph books with miscellaneous signatures and sketches, three signed photographs, including a portrait postcard of General Franco by Benitez, Tenerife, signed by Franco and (possibly) Salman Saltzman (Jewish member of the XV International Brigade), an ALS by Clarendon (5th Earl) dated 1902, apparently on the subject of horse racing, etc. (Q)
