Estimate £200-300
A similar wall hanging is in the Kirkland Museum of Fine & Decorative Art, Colorado.
The tapestry was made as a curtain and still has the curtain hooks on the upper frieze, the colours are reasonably good although the red/pink is a little faded. The upper two thirds of the curtain have the odd unpicked thread to the front and there is some re-stitching to a tear upper right. The lower third of the curtain however has a number of tears and holes and large areas of fraying. Please see images.
