Stamped 18ct and stamped with hthe numbers 802. Gold setting is quite tarnished. Some slight signs of waer to the setting commensurate with age and use. There is some slight wear visible on the table facet edges of the central ruby and two of the diamonds have small chips to the table facet. Gross weight 3.8 grams. The largest ruby is approximately 5.5mm in diameter with a depth of 2.9mm.
