Two Russian porcelain Easter eggs, late 19th/early 20th century, the first possibly Imperial Factory St Petersburg painted with St Peter holding a key within burnished gilt bands inscribed 1890, the reverse gilt foliate design, 9.2cm the second painted with a saint holding a holy scripture, gilt decorated cobalt blue ground, 10cm

The St Peter egg has some wear to the gilding, a few tiny scuffs and flakes to the enamelling otherwise in reasonable condition. The second egg has some heavy wear to the gilding and minor glaze imperfections otherwise in reasonable condition
