Provenance: A gift from the artist to the vendor's parents-in-law on the occasion of their wedding, chosen by them from a selection. Thence by descent.

Oil on canvas now showing some undulation, a little wear in the paint just above the left yellow bonnet but otherwise paint in good condition, albeit in need of a clean, housed in the original painted frame which now looks rather tatty.
