The medium is most likely oil, the lady in blue has seven of the stones missing from the frame and has a monogram on the back M. J.
The gentleman also has a monogram on the back R.B.
The lady with her hair down has a monogram M.J
The lady with her hair up has a monogram of N.O. - also has a broken section at the bottom right and it looks like a small piece is missing at the break
