An early 20th century gold, demantoid garnet and seed pearl set bug brooch, with garnet? set eyes, one garnet missing, 46mm.

One of the garnets is missing at the end of the small wing. The largest garnet is quite badly chipped and one of the small garnets at the end of the long wing is also chipped. Overall condition is otherwise good.
Central garnet measures 4.4mm x 3.4mm x 1.95mm.
