A Chinese pale celadon and brown jade carving and a shadow agate snuff bottle, late 19th/early 20th century, the jade carved as a man emerging from a giant shell, 4.6cm, the snuff bottle skillfully carved with the figure of a monkey to a black inclusion in the stone next to a horse, the reverse with a dog, bird and flowers amid rockwork, height 6.7cm

The celadon and brown jade carving of a shell has natural inclusions and veining to the stone otherwise in good condition, the agate snuff bottle has been well hollowed and has natural inclusions to the stone which the carver has skillfully used, in good condition with no restoration chips or cracks.
