Top and base are associated. Top has some minor splitting along the grain in plates, there is a repair to a corner of one of the planks of the top.
The right had drawer handle has an open crack and the bottom of the same drawer has a hole where a knot has fallen out.
There are other minor signs of wear consistant with age and use.
