A mid 18th century "Thames Valley" elm and fruitwood comb back elbow chair

There are two old open splits along the grain of the seat. There are some small areas of old wood worm on the legs and underside. Some splintering to the feet, two iron straps across the base of the seat.
Top of the front left leg joint is loose and pushes up into the seat half inch.
