An early 19th century brass inlaid mahogany longcase clock, Magine, Pimlico, the lancet case with stop fluted quarter columns, the painted 12 inch Roman dial signed to centre, the two train weight driven movement with anchor escapement and rack strike on a bell, 6ft 6.5in.

The case is in fair condition, there is a section of brass stringing missing from the hood which is visible in the photographs, the lancet door does not sit squarely in the aperture so will need adjustment, there is a small chip from the top right corner of it, overall it is a little dented and scratched here and there and is a little worn with the usual shrinkage cracks around the veneers and some of the joints, the cheeks have been altered and appear to have been chopped down and then built up again with roughly 2 inch blocks this may possibly indicate this is a marriage but it may be result of a clumsy repair, the dial is again fair, it appears to be original but it is worn and the numerals have been refreshed in the past but very untidily, there are losses to the paint around the edges particularly between 7 and 8, the signature is a little faded but is still legible, the movement is dirty, plates are quite dull but the movement functions.
