Printed on to whats looks most likely to be vellum although an additional mount has been added right up to the edge of the printed image which makes it hard to say for sure. Vellum looks to be slightly off colour, may have seen a little retouching particularly in the white of the lower left margin. Pencil signature showing lower left, housed in a cream and then gilt card mount, probably the original hard wood frame. Overall fair condition.
