A rare Worcester tankard or mug, c.1780, painted with gentlemen and a lady hare coursing in a continuous landscape, above a wavy turquoise diaper band, in similar palette and style as the Lord Henry Thynne and Earl Dalhoisie patterns, unmarked, 16cm high

There is minor wear to the gilding and there is a crack which is only visible on the interior curving around the area of the join of the handle on the exterior, otherwise in good condition with no restoration. Possibly outside decorated.
