Two Hispano-Moresque copper lustre bowls, 17th/18th century one decorated with a stylised bird among foliate fronds, the second with a flowering urn, diameter 36cm and 34cm

The larger and deeper of the two dishes has glaze losses around the barbed rim and edge on the front with some slight scuffing to the glaze, the underside there are a number of shallow chips around the rim and it is a bit grubby on one side where it has obviously been hung up at some stage, the second dish has a large crack extending from the rim right through the centre and across the other side of the foot with some old iron staple repairs on the back with additional holes where the iron staples have been replaced, there is a large V shaped chip to the edge of the rim which goes in deeper on the underside and there is some scuffing to the glaze in the centre.
