A Chinese Dehua blanc de chine group of Guanyin and an attendant, the figure holding a lotus sprig and seated on lotus, impressed seal mark to her back, 24.5cm, slight restorations

There are some areas of restoration to Guanyin's right hand, her left thumb and the stem of the bud she is holding and to the flowing ribbons around the back of the attendants head, with some slight shrinkage to the overpainting in places, typical minor manufacturing firing cracks inside and out, the figure is unusually a darker ivory colour than normally seen on blanc de chine which may be in the firing.
