The top rail is pulling slightly away from the upright on the left side revealing the dowels, this can easily be tightened, seat is upholstered in pale green fabric, it revolves but does not lower or raise because there is nothing for the helix to work on, something is missing from beneath the seat that would permit this, legs with signs of fair wear and tear, other than the seat operating function in good condition.
