A fine pair of Japanese cloisonne enamel celadon ground vases, studio of Hayashi Kodenji, Meiji/Taisho period, worked in thick and thin silver wire with polychrome lillies on a celadon ground, impressed lozenge mark to bases, 31.5cm high

First vase with an open pink lily has a small star crack to the celadon ground immediately above the pink lily and below a leaf, this is very fine and is a minor bruise, there are two very small brown spots on the surface of the celadon ground, probably made in manufacture, otherwise this vase is in good condition
Second vase has some slight pitting to the enamels on the tallest left hand white lily on the white itself, again probably in manufacture.
Both vases are tarnished to the silver wire otherwise in good condition.
