There is a fine crackle to the glaze all over which mostly has an iron reddish hue to it interspersed with clear crackle to the glaze, the edges of the carving have caught in the kiln slightly showing burnt orange in places and some more noticeable burnt orange speckling around the base, the vase has been fired on clay balls or stilts which have left an ecretion on the foot which is mostly unglazed with some patches of glaze, basically in good condition with no restoration, chips or cracks.
