The main part of this artwork is carved from what looks to be dark pinkish sandstone with some black striations running through it, this has been hollowed out and some form of acetate or clear plastic resin forms the middle section, the gilt figures are trapped within this acetate so presume to be some other form of composition, one or two tiny nicks to the acetate, with some light scuffing at the edges, other the stone looks a little dirty in places with a few spots, but overall good condition, length 32cm, width 20.5cm, height 30cm, the roof part lifts away from the work, approximate weight is very heavy, approx 25kg.
