This comes for sale as part of a deceased estate, the collector concerned acquired most of the works from the Bohun Gallery however we do not have any evidence to deny or confirm it for this work, as it is double glazed there is no label applied unlike the rest of the collection which did all have labels, the side with the picture of the yachting scene paper is a brown paper but has discoloured somewhat, it is signed across the top but at some point masking tape has been applied to it leaving a sticky mark, the other side is on paler colour paper with a signature to the top, the colours look a little faded, otherwise one or two scattered dirt marks, as mentioned both sides of the work are glazed it is housed in a plain gilt frame.
