Estimate £500-800
Outer case looks to have been repolished at some time within the past 10 - 20 years or so, an old restored split runs through the grain of the top, this has been coloured in black to look part of the timber, and may in fact be part of the grain, internal upper glazing missing, silvered metal plaque inscribed Cork as shown before shipping applied to the back, movement is not going, dial in good clean order, the gimbal has been switched round so the locking mechanism does not work, clearly some attention is needed to these mounts and the movement. WE HAVE NOW ACCESSED THE MOVEMENT AND RELEASED THE OVERWINDING SO IT IS NOW RUNNING, HOWEVER RESETTING WITHIN THE GIMBAL IS STILL REQUIRED.
