Case of good rich dark mahogany colour with a good state of polish, arch of the case shows numerous fine cracks running through the veneer mostly from left to right but one principally running front to back underneath the handle, brass fret work sides may be later replacements, look a little crude, dial has certainly been repainted relatively recently, movement in very good clean condition, looks to have been overhauled within the past 10 years or so, key to the back door working, key to the front door does not. Some light oxidisation to the feet.
