A large Moorcroft flambé leaf and berry dish, c.1928-36, impressed mark W. Moorcroft Potter to HM The Queen and blue script mark W.Moorcroft, diameter 37.5cm

Dish is a little grubby on the front, there is fine crazing to the glaze all over, there are two over glazed hanging holes pierced in the foot rim, one of these has been plugged in manufacture and has a firing crack through it, the other one is clean and obviously for use, otherwise in good condition.
The holes are over-glazed.
