A large Chinese pink ground vase, late 19th century, painted with the He He Erxian holding a ribbon-tied bow and two phoenixes amid rockwork and peonies, on a sgraffito pink ground, 45.5cm

Old scratches and flaw marks showing to the turquoise enamelled inside of the vase neck, rim was once gilt but this has now mostly worn away, underside of rim shows discolouration in the pink glaze that does not match the main body, this does not appear to be restoration just firing difference, a few small chips to the underside of the foot rim otherwise good condition.
