The two diamond half hoops have become detached from the main shank due to the fact that one of the gold nodules at one end is of the half hoop to hold in place is now missing/damaged. 8 of the emeralds have chips and or cracks. One of the rubies has a small chip. Two of the small diamonds each have a small chip.
