A pair of Derby polychrome pierced oval baskets, c.1760, each painted with fruit and insects to the interior and applied with flowerheads to the exterior, pad marks, 23cm, handles restored

Both baskets have been broken at the base of the handles and well restored with some restoration to the flowers at that area, on one basker a small section of the lattice to the side of the handle has been repaired, some occasional scratching to the glaze particularly on the interiors otherwise in good condition.
