There are spiral cracks running around the exterior of the vase where it has failed in the firing, these look as though some glue may have been injected into them to stabilise the vase although it hasn't actually been in two pieces, there are imperfections to the glaze around the foot on one side with some slight chipping around the edge, there is other occasional fine cracks to the glaze around the shoulder and there is scratching and wear to the glaze consistent with age.
