Two pearlware botanical specimen dessert dishes, probably Neale & Co, c.1820, with titles verso, 8.25in.

Both dishes have some scratching to the glaze on the interior and wear and abrasion to the glaze of the underside particularly at the corners where they may have previously had a metal mount, both dishes have later brown painted rims - we cannot say whether there is any restorations beneath this, the dish with the large pink flower specimen Large Howard Monsonia has some fine crazing to the glaze in places, otherwise good condition.
