There are areas of grubbiness and dullness to the porcelain plaque otherwise in good condition with no restoration chips or cracks as examined out of the frame. The gilt and composition frame does has some areas of restoration around the very edge and faps showing to the joins, the frame is lacking its proper back panel and is held in position with some cupboard and nails.
