One bottle of Chateau Yquem 1899, worn label, level- mid shoulder.

Label is very worn and there is no indication of the date on the original label just the postage stamp which has been struck across and handwritten stating the wine and its date, the cork is approx 2cm below the foil, there is no signs of any leakage or ullage and when smelling the top of the bottle there is no smell whatsoever indicating any leaks or sepage, the bottle itself is quite dirty, looks like most of the dirt is the outside it is quite a dark colour which is to be expected, the pontil mark at the base if you put your finger into the centre you can actually see the finger through the liquid which at the base to take on a sort of golden hue.
