An early 20th century ormolu and jewelled porcelain four glass mantel clock, the Sevres style gilt porcelain plaques decorated with ladies and gallantes, Japy Freres movement, 10in.

Case slightly worn with a matted finish and slight oxidisation showing in the deep engraving particularly to the top, front glass good, dial has lost a few red jewels and a number of small white jewels between the numbering but otherwise looks good with intact gilding, side panels both good but both have lost a number of red jewels, matt glass is frosted on the inside, Japy Freres movement number 1737, comes with pendulum and key, not tested for timekeeping. Original wooden plinth has been later gold painted and is now looking a little tired.
