A large Isfahan red ground carpet, with central foliate medallion in a field of scrolling foliage, with five row border, 14ft by 9ft 10in.

There is some minor fraying to the edges on both sides of the carpet. There are some visible ares of wear mainly within the central pink ground. In places, there seems to be some fading of the colour.
