An Art Nouveau carved two colour alabaster bust of a young lady wearing a bonnet, on integral plinth, 12in.

There is a chip to the bottom front right corner of the base, also a chip to the bottom left front corner of the base, there is a small chip to the left angle of the tapering stem, there seems to be some minor abrasions around the edges of where her shoulders finish and there is a chip to the front left side of the bonnet and above that there are some slightly smaller nibbles to the edge, there appears to be white adhesive which is joining the base to the stem which may be original but it is possible it has been redone at some point and the same material is visible where the bust joints the stem as well, looks ok but there is a possibility it may have been redone at some point, overall condition is otherwise good.
