A Regency bowfront mahogany serving table, on ring turned tapered legs, W.5ft D.2ft 2in. H.2ft 6in.

This table looks to be in honest original condition but has suffered a fair amount of wear to the top, there is a 17 inch split running across the top near the back left corner alongside this are various holes, 3 of them filled, 1 of them not where something has been attached to the top of the table, this is not matched across the other side so is not due to anything like a rail being fitted, otherwise there is a further 20 inch hairline crack running across the top on the right hand side of the piece, both of these look to be old damage. Top has further light scuffs and scratches and a dark blackish ink stain patch, no drawers fitted, frieze has equal wear and tear with some scratches and old short splits, legs suffering similarly from scuffing and denting, small section missing from the reeded frieze towards the right side.
