Lot 202 , George III silver four division cruet stand by Matthew Boulton(-)

A George III silver four division cruet stand by Matthew Boulton, of square form, with engraved armorial, gadrooned and shell border and ring handle with reeded stem, on four scroll feet, Birmingham, 1814, 6.75in, (handle unmarked) with four later cut glass bottles with stoppers, each with a plated label, Garlic, Anchovy, Ketchup and Chili, 14 oz.

There is an engraved armorial to the base. Three of the feet have holes to the underside (worn?). There appears to be an old professional repair the stem of the handle. There is also a small hole to the side of the ring handle. The later bottles are in good order, but the stoppers may not be original. Hallmarks clear. Upper section apparently unmarked.
