Lot 175 , A Wedgwood lilac jasper twin handled vase and cover, early 20th century, 33cm

A Wedgwood lilac jasper twin handled vase and cover, early 20th century, 33cm

A Wedgwood lilac jasper twin handled vase and cover, early 20th century, decorated with white sprigs of classical figures, 33cm
Estimate £120-180

In good condition with no restoration, chips or cracks, some slight grubbiness / dust to areas, the square plinth is a separate piece attached with a thread and bolt. This is probably solid jasper as where there are pierced holes in the cover for the finial and the plinth base the lilac colour continues through but we cannot guarantee this because there are no visible chips to expose the body beneath.
